About My Approach
Nervous System Work, Rooted in Inherited Patterns
I’ve worked in health and nutrition since I was 18 – across decades of practice, study and real-world work with clients. The last eight years have been focused specifically on mental health and trauma: nervous system regulation, Brainspotting, Tension and Trauma Release and nutrigenomics. That range comes through on stage as well as one-to-one – practical, grounded, and immediately useful for any audience.
Find, Follow, Grow is the method behind The Inherited Patterns Project – finding the generational and inherited patterns we hold, following where those patterns still show up in the body, and growing the awareness that becomes resilience and change.
What I Bring To Your Event
Keynotes, workshops & immersive sessions
My voice around inherited pattern work comes from lived experience – a multiracial, indigenous-rooted lens shaped by my own heritage. I make that work accessible to people who’ve never heard the terms before, pointing to where it lives in the body and why it matters. That’s true whether I’m speaking to a general audience or one built around BIPOC, diaspora and multiracial experience.
I’ve spoken at national wellbeing and trauma conferences, delivered keynotes to parent communities in private schools, and regularly appear at festivals and wellbeing expos. My work also appears in practitioner training spaces and expert panels focused on stress, trauma and emotional regulation.
Talks last 30 to 60 minutes. Workshops are usually 90 minutes, built around teaching, somatic practice and space to integrate what comes up – Anxiety & Stress, Women’s Health, and Ancestral Trauma are the three most requested formats. Every session is shaped around the audience in front of me, so no two look the same.
I’m comfortable with large audiences, sceptical crowds and sensitive topics. Bookers tend to find the combination of rigour and accessibility useful, and people leave with something they can use long after the event ends.
Watch Me Speak
Keynotes & workshops across a range of themes
The videos below give you a feel for the topics I cover, and how I bring them to an audience. They’re a sample – what I speak on goes considerably wider, touching everything from women’s hormonal health and grief to performance, body image, and the low-level suffering people hold onto for years. One thing connects all of it: most of what people struggle with has roots older than they realise, and understanding those roots changes how they relate to themselves and each other.
If you’re planning an event and wondering whether your theme fits, it probably does. Get in touch and we can talk it through.
